Cancel an order: I'd like to amend an order

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes directly but here’s what we can do; contact our Customer Care team and we’ll try to cancel the original order so you can place a new one. When reaching out, please provide the email address used when placing the order, your first & last name that appears on the order as well as the 00 order number. If cancellation isn’t possible, you can refuse the delivery, and a refund will be processed when the order is returned to our warehouse.
