Hello, I bought a bike for my child from you and the box came open and the bike was incomplete without a saddle. Now I don't know who to contact.
Just purchased a 16 cube storage unit and as well as being an absolute nightmare to assemble it is faulty. No phone number to call cant get on the chat service in fact your customer service is a bismal!!! How on earth does someone contact you ????
