You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition. Some items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (e.g. plants, food), custom or personalised items, hygiene-sealed items (e.g. mattresses, pet litter trays) if opened. Installed products can’t be returned unless faulty. To start your return please contact our Customer Care team. When reaching out, please provide the email address used when placing the order, your first & last name that appears on the order as well as the 00 order number.

i have been in touch with you since 15 december 2025 to return a under counter fridge that is to big you asked for photo to be sent to show it was in its original packaging and i did that ive not heard back from you about arranging a return i keep getting put on to different agents could you please tell me when you expect to collect it .
