I can’t seem to get to the right place for any help with my order. It’s been shipped but not delivered
When I checked on my email it’s saying shipping but no tracking available.I was supposed to receive on 12/12/2025 between 9am-6pm.But l did not receive any parcel even my neighbours they said they didn’t receive my parcel
I haven't received my order your website is asking me to login to my account but I never made an account when I did my order

Worse site ever ,still waiting for my order,emailed and nothing came back .Hopefully I will get the money back if not the items .Very poor site,people should not use it ,it s a scam with them ,taking the money and no receiving the products .
Everyone seems to have the same problem. Getting messages giving delivery times and dates
and yet not recieving their orders.

So many problems I cannot count. Ordered with the range waited weeks then cancelled order. Re ordered again not realising Wilko is the same company, again it did not arrive and i am going around in circles again. Communication is the worst I have ever dealt with and no one seems to be able to find the order now. Really its a wonder they sell anything. Order number 001740590398 I am frightened if I cancel they will do what they did with the last one and say its dispatched now and a fight to get the money back.

Ordered my item a week ago paid extra for quicker delivery was told it would be here yesterday nothing come today now says it would be here today 8am to 8pm it’s now after 8pm all day I’ve been trying to contact and all day nothing, it’s bloody ridiculous never ordering online from here again!
Ordered my item otherwise 7th had an update saying delivery on the 15th then nothing contacted courier and still not received any communication this is a nightmare trying to get any information on updates between Wilko and Furdeco. Completely unacceptable.
Im having the same issues only 2 items delivered out of 8 and cant get in contact with anyone. Disgraceful.company
