The Help Centre is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for your customers. The Help Centre contains: a knowledge base and, on Guide Professional and Enterprise, a Customer Portal for support requests. You can also add a community to your Help Centre if you have Zendesk Gather.
Your customers can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community, if available, to ask fellow users questions. If your customers can't find an answer, they can submit a support request.

Each user has a Help Centre profile (Guide Professional and Enterprise), so your Help Centre users can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the user, along with their activities and contributions.

ive tried to cancel an order which payment has been deducted from my account, im getting nowhere knowing where i stand via vague bot emails. what is going on with the store? id like a straight answer if possible so the issue can be resolved
Main Reason for Dissatisfaction: I have never been more disappointed with a company than I am with Wilko. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve an issue, it remains unresolved to this day. The level of service they provide is nothing short of a scam. They deceive their customers, promising solutions but delivering nothing but frustration.
Their customer service is utterly useless and unprofessional. It's clear that the staff is poorly trained, and they have no idea how to handle even the simplest of inquiries. Every time I reached out, I was met with incompetence and delays. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no intention of helping the customer at all.
The entire process has been a nightmare, and it was a huge mistake ordering anything from them in the first place. They should not be in business if they can’t handle even basic customer concerns. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. It’s simply not worth the headache.
"Finally, let someone deal with providing help to the customer in solving the problem! What's going on here? You are cheating people by taking money from their accounts for a product they want to return, without helping to resolve the issue or even explaining how to return an item we don't want. This is our right as customers—we have 14 days for that. Yet you've dragged my case on for several months already! What are you doing? Cancel my order and those of others. This is outrageous!"
